Auto Token Assignment

Each patient visit is assigned a sequential token number when registered (#1, #2, #3…). Resets to #1 at the start of each new day automatically.

Real-Time Update (3s Polling)

The kiosk polls the server every 3 seconds. When a token is called, the screen updates with a flash animation — no manual refresh needed.

Secret URL — No Login Needed

The kiosk URL contains a secret token. Anyone with the URL can view the display — no login, perfect for a TV that stays on all day.

Call Button in OPD Queue

A "Call #N" button appears on each visit row in the OPD queue. Doctor or receptionist clicks it — the kiosk updates immediately and plays a chime.

URL Regeneration

If the kiosk URL is ever shared unintentionally, clinic admin can regenerate a new secret URL from Settings in one click. Old URL stops working immediately.
