When your clinic reaches 50 patient records, you will need to upgrade to a paid plan to register new patients. Your existing 50 records remain fully accessible and none of your data is deleted. Upgrading takes under 60 seconds and your full history carries over automatically.

The AI clinical notes adapt their structure to the specialty context you describe — so a dermatologist's SOAP note reads differently from a cardiologist's.
