Yes. All patient records are encrypted with AES-256 at rest and transmitted over TLS. Each clinic's data is logically isolated — no clinic can access another's records. Patient data is never used for AI training, never sold, and never shared with third parties. NexOPD follows HIPAA-compliant data practices.
Yes. NexOPD supports patient record import via CSV for bulk migration. If you have existing records in Excel, another software, or paper registers, our support team can guide you through the import process. Most clinics complete migration within a single day.
When your clinic reaches 50 patient records, you will need to upgrade to a paid plan to register new patients. Your existing 50 records remain fully accessible and none of your data is deleted. Upgrading takes under 60 seconds and your full history carries over automatically.
