Go to Settings → Staff Management → Add Staff. Enter their name, email, and assign a role (Doctor, Receptionist, or Pharmacist). They will receive an invitation email to set up their password.
When a doctor enters visit notes, our AI analyses the unstructured text and generates a structured summary including chief complaint, diagnosis, and treatment plan. The summary is always reviewed and confirmed by the doctor before saving.
Yes. All Protected Health Information (PHI) is encrypted with AES-256 at the field level before being stored in the database. Data is strictly isolated between clinics — your patients are never visible to another clinic.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Clinic Settings → Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for unused days.
Yes. You can export patient records and visit history from the Reports section. Enterprise customers can request a full data export via their account manager.
You will receive an in-app warning when you approach your plan limit. New patient registrations will be paused until you upgrade your plan. Existing patients and visits are never affected.
NexOPD automatically sends email appointment reminders to patients 24 hours before their scheduled appointment. Reminders include the clinic name, doctor name, date, and time. Each patient receives only one reminder per appointment.
NexOPD is a Progressive Web App (PWA) and can be installed on your device. Some features use background sync to queue actions when offline and submit them when connectivity is restored.
